Anger is like a fire burning from the inside out. Once control is lost, it explodes in every direction devouring whomever or whatever in reach. Without any regard of what is caught in it. Once we gain back control of it, we can see the damage left behind. Wounds can heal but the damage has been done.

It took time for me to realize that every moment we spend together, meant more than anything. I only have so much time with you before it runs out. On a day as this one, should be filled with laughter and joy. But instead, I am walking uncomfortably high. It feels like I’m falling, trapped in an abyss with images of nothing. The soul is burning slowly on the ether of life. Thinking about how things were. Not many memories I’m fond of on this day. But if anything is new, the “Me” a couple years back can’t compare to the “Me” today. I came a long ways to get here. So might as well not stop now.
Eventually all things come to and end, no matter how great or awful things may seem. Don’t be too complacent because anything can happen. Sometimes for no reason at all. But when it does happen, don’t let it stop you. The earth won’t stop rotating for you just because you are down, so don’t stop. Keep moving, until you can’t move anymore.

My mind is exhausted. As though engulfed in flames as the seconds on a clock slowly ticks away. With rough days and even rougher nights, my free flowing mind comes back to the same thought, You. Programmed into my mind, where thinking of you becomes second nature. You became a part of me, a part of my life. Handed you the key to not only my world, but also my heart. Take good care of it for it is fragile. It may be small but this heart is like no other.
